Fishing Tackle Delivery

Fair Shipping Policy

At Trevs Tackle we operate a 'fair shipping policy', this means that we endeavour to charge the correct amount for your order. We don't use the delivery price as a way of making money out of your order.

Delivery

At Trev’s Tackle we aim to process and despatch your order as quickly as possible. If there are any problems with your order we will endeavour to make contact in the first instance to see how you wish to proceed. You will not be charged for any items we do not have in stock or which have not been despatched.

Pricing Tariff

The total postage charge for your order will be shown at the checkout stage of online ordering. We use a simple pricing structure based on the total weight/volume of goods ordered.

  • Small Packet Hooks, Terminal Tackle, etc £1.00
  • Medium Packet Reels, Medium Jiffy Bags, etc £2.50
  • Parcel Post All large items £6.00

The above prices are based on 2nd Class or a 48hour Service dependant on the Carrier; however we can offer an optional Next Day Parcel Post Service priced at £8.00.

Please note – all delivery charges shown are for UK Mainland only and will be applied to your order at checkout on entering delivery address details.

If you wish to have your order shipped to an Offshore or Worldwide address, your order will be calculated without shipping and you will be contacted with full details once we have obtained a quotation for shipping.

How do we calculate these charges?

These charges represent the cost of packing, handling and getting the goods to you safely and using an insured service where necessary. To ensure the security of your goods we need to obtain signatures and tracking on larger / expensive items, which is reflected in the tariff shown. If you have any queries about postage and packing, or if the service you require is not shown, please do not hesitate in contacting us.

Accepting your Goods

Depending on the size and value of your goods, they may be sent using a signed-for service. If you are out when a delivery attempt is made you will be left a calling-card with instructions. It is important that you respond to any instructions left, as if the goods remain uncalled for, they will be returned back to us after a few days and postage costs would become due again for any repeated delivery attempt.

Timing

We will make every effort to deliver orders within the delivery option requested at the time the order was placed. However we cannot guarantee this and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside this time.

Returning Goods

Please contact us before attempting to return any goods to the store in order that we can deal with your return more efficiently.
